Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

All returned items must be in new and unused condition.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To return an item, please email customer service at support@wckdy.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Please note that in certain situations, we can only grant partial refunds. These include:

– Books with obvious signs of use
– Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
– Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error
– Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will begin processing your return. It may take up to seven (7) days from the date of receipt for us to complete the process. Depending on your credit card company’s policies, it may take 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to reflect on your credit card statement. Rest assured that we will inform you via email as soon as we have processed your return.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected time frame, please take the following steps to verify that it is being processed. Firstly, check your bank account again for any pending transactions.

After that, get in touch with your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank as there is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

If you have completed all of these steps and you still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@wckdy.com.

Sale items

Sale items discounted by more than 30% or marked as “Final Sale” cannot be refunded, all other sale items can be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@wckdy.com and send your item to the address listed below.

Gifts

If you received an item as a gift and it was marked as such when purchased and shipped directly to you, you are eligible for a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

However, if the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you at a later time, we will issue a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified of your return.

If you are returning more expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Please note that we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
