Hey and Welcome!

My name is Ava, you may know me as Wickedy, and I’m the heart and soul behind this cozy little corner of the internet. Here, you’ll find more than just a website; there’s a vibrant community of gamers and cozy enthusiasts alike, a treasure trove of stories on our blog, a store that offers personally designed fandom items and gear from someone who lives and breathes comfort gaming.

More About WickedyI have been a “gamer” longer than I can remember, starting with a hand-me-down Intellivision, then moving on to other platforms like Atari, NES, PC gaming for good ol Oregon Trail, and newer consoles too. I love getting lost in a new world, or coming back to a familiar one. I am always looking into new ways to play my favorites, complete all achievements and personal goals, and add to my hoarders collections. Sharing my love and passion for those things is what started me on this journey, and I’m looking forward to learning more and sharing what I find.

What You’ll Find Here

  • Logs & Articles: I love learn, but not as much as I love to share WHAT I’ve learned or found. Here, you’ll find a whole bunch of different types of articles and pieces, from in-depth guides, community showcases, reviews, and feel-good articles about our favorite games and everything around them.
  • Wickedy Wares Store: Explore our store for your new favorite fandom designs. I am a creative person, and often get inspired by something random at 3am and just have to create it. There is a lot of amazing fanart out there, but apart from that, I’ve felt that the options for expressing my love for these comfort games has been lacking in unique designs, so I am here with my own. As a person who gets a little obsessed over any game I’m playing, I hope that shows in the designs I’ve crafted for the fandom. Keep an eye out, I have an idea book with about 30 or so more designs right now, with more being added all the time. I just need the time to make them all!
  • Content Creator and Community: This isn’t just a website of a fan of cozy games. I am a full-time content creator who uploads and streams on YouTube and other social media platforms, with a subscriber base of over 180k across platforms. We have cultured a great community, The Coop o’ Cozy, where we have a bunch of people who love puns, coping with our cozy game obsessions, and are filled with fun times and great vibes.

Why WCKDY? What is the deal?

WCKDY not only sounds like I’m a TV/Radio station, it’s also Wickedy without the ie… i.e. WCKDY. Get it? Nah, neither do I. What sets this place apart from other “cozy gaming” places you might find, is me and my obsessive need to always make something new, share something fascinating, and dig into all the details of everything I share. I want this place to be the landing zone of all my many creative ventures that I have planned, and boy do I have a lot! There is the (REDACTED: I… ..a. t. …l.. P……) to be released soon, about 3/4th done editing a (REDACTED: .o.. o. .. ..r. ..d…. ……s), I’m learning and making a (REDACTED: S…… V….. …p….. …), and I have three different (REDACTED: …r…m..) in the works that are currently in the process of prototyping. Not to mention my own business ventures outside of Wickedy that might tie into this all. I love to share all the things, and this is where I plan to share them.
